Week prior to event

• Book a time slot to be able to start your race.
• You can change your time slot at any time.

Day of the event

• Check your race day and time slot booked
• Prepare a water bottle (no drink stations available)
Bring headphones
• Don’t bring a bag (there’s no bag minding service)

Prepare the racing app

• Ensure you have the correct phone settings for the best experience
Select your target time
Choose your competitors

• If it’s raining and you can’t leave the house to do your race, book a new time slot as soon as possible
• Warm-up. Resources: See warm-up drills you can do before your race

RACE DAY INFO

When you arrive at the Sports Hub, walk towards the Stadium Riverside Walk. Look for the start flag for your distance (13.5km or 5.75km)

• When ready, press the ‘start’ button on the race app
• Listen for the countdown and start horn
• Do not lock or put your phone in your pocket until you hear the start horn

• At the end of your race look for the finish flag and cross the finish line
• The app will automatically stop
• Check your result on the app, and the leaderboard
• If you have a problem please contact us

POST RACE INFO

• Clear the finish line so other runners can finish
• Take a photo at our backdrop
• Collect your medal at the booth
• If you ordered goodies with your MetaMiles, collect them at the medal booth

• When you get home:
– Share your result socially and hashtag us #runasonesg
– Check out our live leaderboard.
– Log back into the app to see your latest race statistics
Download your e-certificate
• Final results will be available after the conclusion of the event
